Nihar as a technophile and an enterprising innovator is currently building pathbreaking ed-tech products at iXRLABS. Nihar has a knack for crafting exciting products, having developed products for multiple clients and organizations in his previous career stints. He is a Management graduate from MDI Gurgaon, specializing in Strategy and Operations.

Having been deeply involved in the field of edtech, Nihar strives to supplement and improve education with the use of modern and cutting-edge technology. He is a self-made expert in the field of virtual and extended reality and holds a special interest in immersive storytelling through VR.  

He is passionate about education and its impact on society and has driven multiple social initiatives. As a founding member of the education NGO Fascination, Nihar worked to improve dwindling learning outcomes in backward parts of Goa. A voracious reader himself, he launched a social initiative ‘Pustak’ working to provide quality and diverse reading material to students.

Beyond education and technology, he is an avid bird watcher and can be found photographing wildlife in his free time. He is also a history buff who likes to explore and discover historical sites that often escape public awareness.
