About iXRLabs

We're building the world's most complete virtual reality curriculum.

iXRLabs partners with universities and colleges to build virtual reality (VR) modules for engineering, medical, nursing, and science education that classrooms actually need. 500+ modules. 40+ institutions. 20,000+ students trained. Over a decade in EdTech.

Mission

Why we exist.

Higher education has a lab problem. Equipment is expensive, lab slots are scarce, and students graduate with theory but too little hands-on experience. iXRLabs exists to close that gap. We build curriculum-aligned VR modules that give every student - not just the lucky few - access to the equipment, experiments, and industrial environments they need to learn. We started with engineering because the gap was widest. We've expanded to medical, nursing, and sciences because the need is universal. Our modules run on any headset or browser, our AI tutor meets students where they are, and our analytics give faculty the data to improve outcomes.

Our story

From one module to 500+.

Founded in 2020 by a team with 10+ years in EdTech - building VR for classrooms, one discipline at a time.

2022

Founded. First VR module built.

Founded to close the hands-on tech education gap; built first XR modules and raised $800K seed funding

2023

First university deployment.

Signed collaborations with top global academic institutions, establishing early credibility and pilot programs.

2024

100 modules. Engineering catalogue established.

Converted pilots into paid deployments; built 150+ modules and signed first clients with partners like Meta.

2025

Medical and nursing libraries launched.

Commercialized at scale with 350+ modules, 30+ institutional deployments, international reach, and proven profitability.

2026

500+ modules. 40+ institutions. 20K+ students.

Scaled to 500+ AI-powered XR modules with LMS integration, global curriculum mapping, and new distribution partnerships.

2027 and beyond

Future Planning.

Expanding into new verticals with embedded AI tutoring, evolving into a global XR infrastructure platform.

How we deploy

Classroom-ready in three steps.

  1. 01

    Headsets in the room.

Works with ClassVR, Meta Quest, Pico, or BYO - plus the Meta XR SDK, OpenXR, and any 6DOF headset. Browser-based, no installs. Live in a department in 2 weeks.

  2. 02

    7thi guides every student.

The AI tutor scaffolds learning inside every module, freeing faculty to focus on the hard cases.

  3. 03

    Analytics on the dashboard.

See who's mastering what, intervene early, report outcomes to leadership and accreditors.
